We have a very limited number of spaces available for boys in our weekly classes starting in September. Places are strictly on a first come basis only.
Please ensure you read the information before registering. This class is only for boys born in 2011 or 2012.
Once the spaces are all filled, the link will close and unfortunately, there is nothing further we can do at this time so please avoid ringing, emailing, etc., as we are unable to create any additional spaces.
Please ensure you complete all sections of the form accurately, including payment, as otherwise the place is not secure.
It is really important, for insurance and registration purposes, that you enter the correct date of birth, especially the correct year as we are only accepting boys born in 2011 or 2012 for this class. Any incorrect entries will be cancelled, unfortunately.
We strongly recommend using a laptop/PC when registering to avoid technical issues.
You should receive an automated email from Jotform and PayPal upon completion, these may go into junk mail, but if you do not receive these, it is likely that the registration has not been completed successfully.
