Fees and Payment

FEE STRUCTURE AS AT SEPTEMBER 2023

Gymnastics Ireland Membership Fee (paid annually for September term or when joining)

  • €40 Recreational/€55 competitive.
  • New members who join the club mid- year pay the full Gymnastics Ireland membership amount upon joining the club regardless of how long is left in the club year, this is not calculated on a pro rata basis.
  • Every member must be registered with our NGB, therefore, these fees are collected on their behalf.

Club Annual Insurance Fee (paid annually for September term)

  • Currently €25 per annum for all members in term training, payable in August for the following year starting in September or upon joining.

Training Fees

  • Existing members’ parents/guardians will receive a text before the start of each term with a link to register their child’s details and pay for the term fees by a deadline given.  This is the only way that members can renew their membership, update their personal details and pay fees due in advance. For security reasons cash is no longer accepted in the club.
  • In order to secure your child’s place for the following term, fees must be paid on time, failure to do so will result in forfeiting your child’s place in the class as there is an ongoing demand for places.
  • Gymnasts without fully paid up fees will not be allowed to attend training sessions.
  • Please note that the fees are for your child’s place in the class and not for his/her attendance.  We are unable to facilitate any child in an alternative class/day if they are unable to attend at their own class time.
  • Refunds will not be provided for absent days for whatever reason.
  • If we are forced to close the gym due to inclement weather conditions, unavailability of coaches or any other reason out of our control, we will reschedule the class to a later date or offer a refund for that class.
  • In line with Government restrictions on Covid-19 and in accordance with Gymnastics Ireland’s instructions, refunds will not be made in the event of the gym being closed.  Training will move to a private online forum for the duration of the closure.
