We are currently taking names of girls born in 2010 and 2011 who are interested in gymnastics for beginners.

We are not taking names for any other age group at this moment.

As we come to the end of 2021, we would like to take this opportunity of wishing all our members and their families, peace and joy for the festive season and thank you sincerely for all your support over the past year and all the challenges it brought with it. We look forward to better times to come in 2022!

Our gymnasts have worked incredibly hard since we returned to onsite training and have made amazing progress and we welcome all the new members who joined us during the year.

Thank you to all the parents and guardians who have been so supportive, especially with Covid guidelines changing regularly, and helping our club run so smoothly.

We are closed from 20th December to 4th January and classes will resume again from 5th January.

We are closed from 20th December to 4th January 2022 for Christmas, normal classes will resume from Wednesday, 5th January.

It is with great delight and pride that we congratulate our fabulous Manager, Imelda McLoughlin, on her recent Club Covid Response Award from Gymnastics Ireland at the National Gymnastics Ireland Awards ceremony. The award is in recognition of the meticulous painstaking work that she has put in since Covid 19 hit our shores. She has initiated and overseen all the procedures and guidelines within the Club to protect our gymnasts and coaches throughout 2020 and 2021.

The Committee realise how lucky we are to have Imelda in the position of Manager and Covid Officer, we know the club would not be operational without her and we congratulate her for this wonderful achievement. Congrats Imelda!

We will not be running any classes from Monday, 25th to Sunday, 31st October (inclusive) for Midterm break, normal classes resume as per timetable on 3rd November.

All classes are running as normal over the Bank Holiday weekend.

*** UPDATE*** OUR WAITING LIST IS NOW CLOSED, IT WILL REOPEN AGAIN AT A LATER DATE – Once again we received a huge response to this and the waiting list was filled very, very quickly. Our waiting list is now open for children born before 1st January 2015 only. We are not taking names of any children born after 1st January 2015 at this time.

Spaces on the waiting list are limited and once the list is full, the form will become inactive and no further names can be added until such time as it reopens again.

Please note : We do not currently have any spaces available in our classes.

We are currently recruiting a full time Director of Gymnastics within our Club. 

We are an Artistic Gymnastics Club, affiliated with Gymnastics Ireland and are based in the Midlands, Ireland, just off the M6 motorway.  We currently run recreational and competitive training programs.

We are looking for someone with the following  –

• Enjoy working with children and be a good role model for both gymnasts and other coaches.
• Ability to motivate and encourage gymnasts and coaches.
• Be enthusiastic, reliable, responsible and committed to their role.
• Have a broad knowledge and experience of artistic gymnastics.
• Oversee and assess progress of both recreational and competitive class programs and ensure that the termly programs are fulfilling their aims and objectives.
• Be available to work evenings and weekends, when needed.
• Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
• Be able to guide and support other coaches.
• Have a recognised WAG Level 2 gymnastics qualifications with Gymnastics Ireland, British Gymnastics or similar, with a minimum 2 years experience in an advanced role.
• Be eligible to work in the EU without a work visa as we are not in a position to sponsor a visa at this time.
• Appointment is subject to Garda Vetting and satisfactory references.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a coach to step into a more senior position and develop the club further with the option of expanding the competitive element.  The role would require taking responsibility for supervising and the mentoring of other coaches.

We are inundated with requests from parents wishing to start their child in our Club and we are not in a position to reply to these enquiries as they are extremely time consuming. Please note that all our classes are currently full and we are, therefore, not taking in any new members at this time.

Our waiting list is also closed, if your child was added to the waiting list in November and you were offered a space which you didn’t accept at that time, your child’s name was then removed from the list, as advised on the waiting list registration form. If the waiting list reopens, it will be live on our website and will be on a first come basis. Please refrain from contacting us to add your child’s name to the waiting list as this cannot be done.

We realise that there is a huge amount of children interested in joining our club and whilst we would love to be able to offer each one a space, unfortunately, this is not possible.

For our existing members, once we receive further information from Gymnastics Ireland/Sport Ireland on returning to onsite training, we will be in touch. Please bear with us during this time. We can’t wait to see you all soon again in the gym!
