Today marks the final day of classes for 2025 and what an incredible year it has been.
We were delighted to add some extra classes to our timetable throughout the year, most recently in our current term, to cater for the ever growing demand for gymnastics.
For our recreational gymnasts, we held our annual club competition back in June and with over 100 children taking part in this, it was a great success. The work that goes into this can never be underestimated with the coaches preparing the children for months in advance. It is a lovely opportunity for the gymnasts to show their families these routines and the work that has been put into them.
On the National competition front, we had an amazing year, taking home a total of almost 60 medals across all apparatus. The work from the gymnasts and the coaches to achieve this is immense.
Thank you to all our gymnasts for the joy, energy and enthusiasm they bring to the classes week after week. Watching so many lovely new friendships form and gymnasts growing in confidence as well as learning many new skills is so rewarding.
To the parents and guardians – your unwavering support and friendship is totally appreciated. Thank you for all the class drop offs and pick ups, we know it is difficult to juggle so many activities with day to day life and to include us in the busy schedules means a lot.
Finally to the backbone of our club – the superb coaching team. Their time and dedication is what keeps the club running and we are so grateful to have them with us, without them none of this would be possible. Enjoy the well deserved break!
We would like to take this opportunity to wish all our gymnasts, coaches, parents and families a very Happy and Healthy Christmas. We hope 2026 will be kind to everyone and especially for those who have lost a loved one during the year, we hope it will be a better year.
We are closed for all classes now and will reopen again on 7th January. Enjoy the break and stay safe and well.
